Front of House / Social Media Assistant
Location: Crawley30 hours per week
Competitive Salary and Bonus Scheme
Some evenings and weekends required
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Receptionist and Social Media Assistant to deliver a firstclass experience to members prospective members and visitors to our health club.
Your Daily Focus
- Create an excellent first impression with a warm welcome tidy appearance and pleasant manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Register prospective members and guide them to the appropriate person
- Assist new members with enrolment and support current members with queries
- Provide information on classes and availability
- Handle membership renewal and cancellation queries
- Ensure the safety and security of members guests and staff
- Manage telephone enquiries and assist the Gym Manager with retention calls
- Maintain accurate records of queries complaints lost property and repairs
- Ensure daytoday tasks emails and phone calls are efficiently handled
- Create engaging social media content to promote the club events and special offers
- Help with the clubs social media platforms and respond to member inquiries online
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and grow the clubs digital community
