Client Operations Account Manager London

What youll be doing

As a Client Operations Account Manager you will:

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation
  • Manage billing membership updates and account administration
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and improvements
  • Investigate and resolve client issues
  • Keep clients informed and maintain strong relationships

What were looking for

  • Experience in a clientfacing account management role
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • High level of numeracy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
