Your Responsibilities
As an English ECT you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor to receive guidance and feedback ensuring continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to build your teaching skills and knowledge.
- Inspire students to develop a love of literature and language encouraging critical thinking and creativity.
- Contribute to the broader school community including extracurricular activities clubs and events.
