Role: Quality Controller Location: Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Working Days: Monday to Friday 2nd and 4th Saturday
Salary: 610 LPA

Client Overview:
Our client established in 1999 is an ISO17025 NABL accredited Testing Lab specializing in Telecom and IT Products. They provide testing and certification services to renowned international manufacturers ensuring adherence to highquality standards.
Job Overview:
We are assisting our client in hiring a Quality Controller to manage and oversee their ISO17025 accreditation (implemented since 2011. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to ISO 17025 standards lead quality audits and drive continuous improvements in laboratory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordancewithISO 17025 standards.
- Lead internal/external quality audits and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through method validation proficiency testingandequipment calibration.
- Coordinate training on quality standards and foster a culture of quality within the team.
- Identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance and safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in laboratory quality management with indepth knowledge of ISO 17025.
- Experience in quality audits CAPAand LIMS tools.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
