Studio Manager Leading functional Hyrox partner gym on Tottenham Court Road!
3438k basic salary plus excellent bonus and commission earning potential

Tottenham Court Road
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional classes and sessions
- Technical and organisational management of the entire training department according to the standards of the club management.
- Coordinating the live classes and group workouts.
- Training and supporting new instructors/ trainers
- Assisting with events/ challenges/ social media/ projects
- Administrative tasks including following our robust sales process
- Developing nurturing and growing our existing community members
- Leading our fitness events community (Hyrox ATHX Turf Games)
What are we looking for
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification is a must!
- Ideally a candidate with several years in the fitness industry and able to deliver excellent highenergy classes
- Social media/ tech savvy
- You have very strong MS Office skills
- You are distinguished by organisational talent and like to work as a team.
- You are a friendly and communicative personality with a decisive attitude.
- Personable friendly and positive individual comfortable building rapport with members and trainers
- You are willing to learn and willing to perform.
- You are reliable and conscientious
- Fitness and music are part of your lifestyle.
- Track record of successful sales is preferred
- Driven motivated fitness professional looking to have an impact
