Job Description
Hybrid 2 days per week in Dsseldorf Senior Leadership
My client in the remarketing automotive industry is seeking an experienced Rechtsanwalt to support its expanding European wholesale business. As a key member of the leadership team you will provide expert legal guidance on German law and manage legal matters across multiple European jurisdictions.
Tasks
Advise on German law ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
Manage external legal counsel across Europe to support business operations.
Oversee privacy (GDPR) intellectual property and regulatory compliance.
Draft and negotiate customer & supplier contracts to protect business interests.
Support strategic decisionmaking alongside senior leadership.
Handle dispute resolution and liaise with Works Councils if required.
Requirements
Rechtsanwalt qualification with 7 years postqualification experience.
Expertise in technology law with experience in startups or automotive a plus.
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus).
Proven ability to work with senior leadership in a multinational environment.
