Job Description
- Be well versed in the restaurant while schmoozing the guests and generally being an allround awesome person and a team player!
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods
- Collaborate with the team and motivate them to attain exceptional results together
- Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge
- When challenges arise your solutionfocused mindset will turn them into opportunities
- Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
- Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Qualifications :
- Proven experience within a leadership role in a vibrant fastpaced venue
- Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- A team player who prides themselves on their ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- A calm nature amid a fastpaced environment
- Flexibility across different schedules including early mornings evenings weekends and public holidays as required
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
