About This Role:
As the Lead Health Equity & Clinical Innovation in Drug Development you will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and bridging gaps within our drug development processes. This Director level position will be a strategic ally and supporter of the Head of Health Equity for Drug Development with the primary mission of embedding health equity principles into every facet of our drug development lifecycle. Your leadership will drive the integration of these principles in highstakes decisionmaking and influence the development of a more equitable framework that benefits our diverse communities. Your role will be critical in leading the creation of community feedback mechanisms that directly influence and enhance our drug development strategies. Operating in a highly collaborative environment you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing partnerships across multiple levels both internal and external. With up to 25 travel your influence will extend beyond the company as you build relationships activate communities and represent Biogens commitment to health equity on a broader scale.

The base salary range for this position is $194000 $267000. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location and internal equity.
