Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Lead a team of perfectionists Guide our talented production team to ensure every pudding is up to our legendary standards.
- Keep things ticking along smoothly From ensuring ingredients are flowing to sorting out any hiccups youre the one with the plan.
- Make sure the machines are behaving You dont need to be a tech wizard but keeping our equipment in line is key.
- Numbers matter! Keep an eye on production targets minimize waste (because who likes wasting pudding) and help us meet our goals.
Qualifications :
Initiative: Ability to use your own initiative and actively participate in achieving team objectives.
