Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Leader to oversee our semiconductor engineering site in Prague. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor engineering exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the semiconductor engineering site in Prague ensuring operational excellence and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth in custom power management solutions.
- Oversee the design and development of products ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across multiple sites.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Set a vision for the team in Prague and grow the team in size and capability.
- Manage budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing teams and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design development and production processes.
- Experienced in power management circuits and DC/DC converters architecture.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
