Software Developer Java Full stack

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Software Developer with over 10 years of expertise in Java React PostgreSQL and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading software development projects mentoring team members and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle ensuring best practices are followed and driving innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and maintenance of highperformance scalable software applications using Java React PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers providing technical leadership and support to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business needs and provide innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Maven and Git.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
• Drive the adoption of Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience 10 years) working as a Technical Lead Software Developer with a focus on Java React PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles and software development best practices.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks (Spring Boot Hibernate etc..
• Handson experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 Lambda API Gateway and others relevant to application deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in data modeling database design and writing efficient SQL queries using PostgreSQL.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern JavaScript libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
• Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical domain industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DB2 database is a plus.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
