Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Dispensing and distribution of medications (including individual patient prescriptions ward stock and narcotics) nonsterile and sterile compounding (including TPN CIVA and chemotherapy preparation) inventory control
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Currently licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Hospital experience preferred
- Registration with the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians preferred
- Experience with CIVA and/or chemotherapy preparation considered an asset
- Excellent oral interpersonal and written skills
- Computer experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attendance punctuality and work record
- Experience in the manufacturing of sterile and nonsterile products preferred
- May be required to travel between and work at all Osler sites

Additional Information :
Hours: Currently Days/Evenings 8 hours including weekend and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)
SALARY:
Minimum: $31.33 per hour
Maximum: $38.60 per hour
