Job Description
- Work closely with the development team to manage daily tasks ensuring smooth .
- Develop and maintain a project roadmap with clear deadlines milestones and deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between developers testers and stakeholders ensuring seamless communication.
- Oversee product development define features & user requirements and collaborate with the team to bring them to life.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while keeping everything on track.
- Continuously improve processes and ensure highquality product delivery.

- Strong Communication Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving Mindset Quickly addressing challenges and roadblocks.
- Attention to Detail Ensuring projects stay on track without missing key elements.

- Leadership & Team Coordination Motivating and guiding the development team.
Technical Skills (Basic IT Knowledge)
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding how applications are built and deployed.
- Basic Understanding of Databases & APIs Knowledge of how data flows between systems.
- Familiarity with Development Tools Jira Bitbucket Git Trello or similar project management tools.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation Writing clear product specs and user stories.
Qualifications :
- A background in Project Management / IT / Software Development / Product Management.
- Basic technical knowledge of software development processes & methodologies.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines and teams efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work well with developers testers and business stakeholders.
- Passion for product development and enhancing user experience.
