Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Hype Tier you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers helping to resolve issues and guide them through our services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders and handle returns and exchanges.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Document and track customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
