Job Description
The Director of Analytics Development is responsible for designing and implementing a datadriven analytics platform that provides transparency and actionable insights into business performance. This role will define key metrics integrate data sources and develop reporting solutions to support informed decisionmaking across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Business Systems the Director will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency financial oversight and overall business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a companywide analytics strategy to drive business performance insights.
- Establish key metrics and reporting frameworks across financial operational and management functions.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
- Create integrated reports and dashboards to track financial performance project efficiency vendor activity cash flow and labor productivity.
- Collaborate with Finance Accounting IT and Operations to align reporting with business needs.
- Identify risks and trends early providing proactive insights to prevent potential issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data to optimize decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required in Business Analytics Finance Data Science or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 10 years of experience in analytics business intelligence or data strategy roles.
- Expertise in Power BI Tableau SQL and financial/operational reporting.
- Strong knowledge of business performance metrics and financial analysis.
- Industry experience in construction operations or similar fields is a plus.
