Job Description
Are you a reliable People Leader with Fasteners Knowledge
Join a friendly team environment with career growth opportunities and have some fun while leading your team and providing extreme customer service. You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service through great leadership and management of our warehouse team.
What you will do each day:
- Effectively lead and manage the teams through high quality recruitment orientation communication coaching development performance management and engagement of all staff
- Hold team meetings to inform hold to account identify opportunities and/or problems and manage these well and in a timely way
- Efficient management: costs well managed low error rates exceptional customer service and a focus on continuous improvement
- Leading and coaching your team to achieve excellent customer service
- Building strong relationships with trade customers and generate new customer leads
- Manage the day to day health and safety for the branch
- Oversee the Trade Counter and the Warehouse working alongside our Branch Manager to ensure we are providing Fasteners Fast services to our trade counter customers
- Warehouse duties such as picking packing and checking orders
Were after someone:
- With a high level knowledge of fasteners the NZ fastener industry and international fastener procurement.
- With people leadership experience
- Who has excellent communication skills and time management.
- With good computer skills
