McBride Consulting is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Consultant to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will provide technical and functional support for custom PeopleSoft boltons and processes ensuring seamless integrations and efficient payroll and timetracking functionalities. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting system enhancements and production support for key PeopleSoftrelated operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for custom PeopleSoft boltons and processes including:
- Time Reporting for State and RF employees
- Student Employment processes
- State and RF Accruals SQR processes
- Integration with SubItUP a student time entry system
- Payroll processing for employees and students
- Pay distribution file processing
- Concur process and HCM data feed integration
- TMS New Hire integrations
- Payroll interfaces and employment data interfaces
- OSC AI and Payroll interfaces
- Manage and resolve production JIRA issues related to supported processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize system functionalities
- Ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements in payroll and HR processes
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 35 years of PeopleSoft HCM or Payroll support experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll SQR SQL and integration tools
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with crossfunctional teams
- Project Management: Experience managing and resolving JIRA production issues is a plus
