Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and interact over the phone with seasoned financial advisors.
- 24 years of sales experience preferred dealing directly with Financial Advisors or working in a recruiting capacity ideal.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
