Job Description
Our client a shopper marketing agency is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Client Manager to join their Geneva Client Services team. You’ll lead daily client relationships with one of their biggest accounts working in a fastpaced agency environment focused on FMCG innovation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong client partnerships managing projects seamlessly and identifying growth opportunities for both the client and the agency.
Your Responsibilities
- Client & Project Management: Act as the key contact for their client's Innovation Center ensuring smooth project .
- Briefing & Delivery: Translate client needs into clear briefs working with internal teams to scope design and execute impactful projects.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams track budgets and ensure timely delivery.
- Growth & Strategy: Identify opportunities to expand the agency’s impact influence and business within the client’s ecosystem.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work alongside senior agency leaders and support junior team members in their development.
What You Bring
- 6 years of agency experience (FMCG preferred)
- Strong client and project management skills
- Excellent communication organization and presentation abilities
- Experience in digital technology and content projects
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Fluent English (C2 level)
This role requires significant onsite presence at the client’s Innovation Center and the agency’s office with some flexibility when appropriate.
