Sweatcoin is a Londonbased and wellfunded scaleup with a team of 100 and the mission to make the world more physically active. Our iOS and Android apps have more than 150MM installs 15M active users more than 300 commercial partners and confirmed by the independent academic research ability to make our users up to 20 more active.
We are looking for a FullStack Engineer to bridge the gap between the technology and business goals of the Growth Team.
You will:
- Collaborate with the Growth Product team to implement features aimed at increasing user acquisition through virality and an invites focus.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize other key growth metrics focusing on improving retention engagement and monetisation to increase the user LTV.
- Contribute to the estimation planning and testing of the priorities to be developed with the team.
- Act as a credible technical lead to the team.
- Understand the tradeoffs and balance between critical business needs and strong engineering principles.
- Make thoughtful decisions in complex ambiguous situations.
Our expectations:
- Proficiency in Ruby On Rails and React (or React Native)
- Strong product mindset
- Seasoned Engineer who drives significant feature implementations from start to finish with accurate estimations and appropriate collaboration with the team.
- Fluent English
- Experience of working with Data Scientists and Analysts
