Job Description
UX Researcher will help bring user insights and data into the decisionmaking process of the product teams. As an embedded researcher the position will work closely with designers product managers and engineers to ensure our products are built with a deep understanding of user needs. This role will be responsible for conducting research that informs strategic product decisions and optimizes user experiences across different markets.
Your daily tasks will be
- Partner with product teams to identify research needs and proactively shape research agendas that support product development.
- Design and conduct research using various methods such as usability testing indepth interviews ethnographic studies surveys and data analysis.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively through reports and presentations.
- Advocate for users by ensuring research findings directly influence product decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with UX designers product managers and engineers to integrate research into the product development process.
- Improve research operations tooling and methodologies to scale research impact across teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methodologies to continuously enhance our approach to user insights.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience 2 years) in conducting qualitative and quantitative research with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within crossfunctional and distributed teams.
- Experience with research and analytical tools like UserZoom Maze Fullstory GA4 or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to communicate research findings to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable way.
- Experience presenting research insights to stakeholders and influencing decisionmaking.
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as Fullstory or Hotjar is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Experience in iGaming fintech or Web3 industries is a plus.
