Requirements

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative MidLevel Motion Graphics and Video Editor to join our Post Production team. This role is integral to enhancing our Marketing Finishing and Localization process specifically for YouTube social media and other platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in motion graphics and video editing with a focus on delivering highquality content tailored for various media platforms. You will play a crucial role in adapting content to meet the needs of different markets while maintaining the integrity of our visual storytelling. You must be able to work onpremises and in different shifts as and when required.


Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
  • Edit transcode encode version assemble prep audio layback bulk export build templates and perform all other techniques needed in the finishing process of marketing video content for use in digital platforms OOH social media and other online platforms ensuring a seamless and polished final product. Workflows will include online conforms versioning conversions quality checks localization and mastering in HDR/SDR formats.
  • Work closely with the postproduction and marketing teams to incorporate feedback and revisions ensuring the content meets the required standards.
  • Optimize video content for different broadcast and social media formats considering platformspecific requirements using industrystandard tools like Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Media Encoder DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro etc.

Motion Graphics Design:

  • Design and produce motion graphics for video trailers marketing promotions and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual elements that complement the narrative and appeal of our social media projects.
  • Animate text graphics and visual effects to enhance the visual storytelling in film and broadcast content.

Localization:

  • Adapt motion graphics and video content for specific markets ensuring compliance with localization standards for video and social media.
  • Maintain the original design integrity while adjusting content to meet the cultural and linguistic requirements of each target market.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional localization teams to integrate translated text and audio effectively into the content using tools like Adobe After Effects Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere etc.

Subtitle Editing and Quality Control:

  • Perform basic subtitle editing and synchronization for film podcasts and performance marketing media content.
  • Conduct quality control checks on subtitles to ensure technical accuracy (nonlinguistic) timing and compliance with language and regional standards using tools like Ooona Subtitle Edit ExTitles Premiere DaVinci Resolve etc.

Marketing Finishing:

  • Assist in finalizing video and motion graphics content for distribution across social media and YouTube channels.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all visual and audio elements meet the highest standards before delivery.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality assets.
  • Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams including creative marketing and localization to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in postproduction technology to improve workflow and output quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Film Media Production Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing with a focus on film podcast editing or social media postproduction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects Premiere Pro Photoshop Illustrator) and other relevant postproduction software.
  • Strong understanding of video formats codecs and compression techniques specific to social media and other platforms.
  • Experience in localization processes for YouTube and social media content.
  • Experience with subtitle editing and quality control.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced postproduction environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant motion graphics and video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI Technology.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools trending in the industry.

Role Overview: The CRM / CLM lead will spearhead customer relationship and lifecycle management strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability. This role will involve the design, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Develop and implement comprehensive CRM and CLM strategies aligned with the organization s business goals. Lead initiatives to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement across various channels. Analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement in client interactions. Technology and Systems Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of CRM pla orms and tools. Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to integrate CRM systems with other pla orms for seamless customer data management. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations. Customer Engagement and Retention Design and implement personalized campaigns to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Monitor customer behavior and develop strategies for proactive engagement to prevent churn. Foster a culture of customer obsession across the organization. Performance Analysis and Reporting Set KPIs and performance metrics for CRM and CLM initiatives. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of customer lifecycle strategies and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred. Experience: 7 10 years of experience in CRM, CLM, or related roles within the financial services or stockbroking industry. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management pla orms (e.g., Clever Tap , Zoho, HubSpot) and data analytics tools. Proven ability to design and implement data-driven customer lifecycle strategies. Deep understanding of stockbroking or financial services industry dynamics, regulations, and customer behavior Core Competencies Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to place customers at the core of all decisions. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
