Job Title: ItalianSpeaking Airline Support Agent
Location: Mosta Malta
Work Model: Onsite
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and fluent Italianspeaking Support Agents to join our airline customer service team. As an Airline Support Agent you will assist customers via phone social media chatbox and emails addressing queries related to our services. Full training will be provided and career growth opportunities are available within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone chat and email
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding airline services
- Handle customer queries with a professional and friendly attitude
- Maintain high levels of communication and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and work independently
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication writing and listening skills
- Cando attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate.
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Flexible to work Monday to Sunday
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary:
- 1st month (Training): EUR 5.50 per hour
- From 2nd month: EUR 7.48 per hour
- From 7th month: EUR 7.74 per hour
- After 1 year (performancebased): EUR 8.21 per hour
- Language Allowance: EUR 600 annually (paid monthly)
- KPI Bonus: Up to EUR 2500 per year (eligible after 6 months)
