Job Description
One of our clients a Fintech app based out of Karachi Pakistan is looking to hire a FullStack Developer that can also play the role of a team lead.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with over 5 years of expertise in software architecture Python (Django and Django Rest Framework) React and Gitbased CI/CD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining scalable software solutions while leading development teams and ensuring best engineering practices.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Design and maintain robust scalable and highperformance software architectures.
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Django and Django Rest Framework) and React.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Lead and mentor development teams ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and software design.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers Designers and DevOps engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and apply performance optimizations.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in software development and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
- 5 years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django and Django Rest Framework) for backend development.
- Extensive experience with React for frontend development.
- Handson experience with Gitbased CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (Preferred).
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL MySQL or similar).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice To Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with GraphQL WebSockets or REST API development.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and too
