Job Title: FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: March 20 2025
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
- Saturday: 08:00 AM 03:00 PM
- Days off: Sunday and 1 rotational day off
Job Type:
- OnSite: B&M (Permanent Contract after 3 months trial)
- Work At Home (WAH): 6 months contract
Salary:
- 880 per month (paid over 14 months)
- Bonus: 168 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customeroriented Frenchspeaking individual to join our customer service team in Lisbon Portugal. As a FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Frenchspeaking clients assisting with queries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. What You Will Do:
- Provide customer service via phone email and chat in French
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Work in a teamoriented fastpaced environment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate timely resolutions
- Adapt to rotational shifts and weekend schedules
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams to improve service quality
What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with technology
