Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 35 focusing on performance stagecraft and theatrical interpretation.
- Guide students through GCSE and ALevel Drama fostering their critical thinking and creative problemsolving skills.
- Direct and produce highquality school productions showcasing student talent.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Drama curriculum.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities such as drama clubs afterschool productions and workshops.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about Drama and committed to inspiring young performers.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
