Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager Accounting to join our growing team in Luxembourg. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations. You will act as a key point of contact for clients supporting them with financial reporting tax compliance and accounting processes while ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients understanding their accounting and financial reporting needs.
- Provide guidance on Luxembourg GAAP IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clients auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements VAT and tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger maintenance reconciliations and periodend closing.
- Support the implementation of accounting best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg accounting and tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory and regulatory reporting for clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks in client portfolios.
- Work closely with internal accounting tax and legal teams to provide seamless client service.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accountants fostering a culture of knowledgesharing.
Your Profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- 35 years of experience in accounting financial reporting or audit ideally in corporate or fund services.
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with tax compliance (VAT CIT) and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP BOB 50 or similar).
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication abilities.
- Detailoriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
