The Role
As the R&D Manager you will lead the development of the companys online casino platform. You will oversee a team of 1015 members driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of robust scalable and highperforming solutions tailored for B2B clients. Your expertise in building and managing casino platforms will be key in shaping the technological backbone of the companys business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor a crossfunctional team of 1015 developers (frontend backend QA project managers).
- Oversee the endtoend development of the casino platform from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure platform compliance with industry standards and regulations for online gaming.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture coding and testing.
- Identify and implement new technologies to enhance platform functionality and performance.
- Conduct regular code reviews team performance evaluations and skill development initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of B2B client needs in the iGaming industry and adapt solutions accordingly.
Your Profile
You are a resultsdriven leader with a passion for cuttingedge technology in the iGaming industry and a proven history in building worldclass online casino platforms. You are a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of 7 years in developing online casino platforms particularly within B2B markets. You have at least 3 years of leadership experience managing crossfunctional development teams ensuring efficient collaboration and project . A strong technical background is essential with indepth knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies enabling you to drive innovation optimize performance and deliver highquality solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record 7 years) in developing online casino platforms particularly for B2B markets.
- At least 3 years of experience managing crossfunctional development teams of similar size.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies including but not limited to:
Node.js
Angular or similar frameworks
Relation DBs (MySQL PostgreSQL) MongoDB Redis Elastic search
AWS
DevOps practices CI/CD orchestration monitoring performance etc.
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and proficiency in English is mandatory
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements in key markets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
