Position: Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dallas TX. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week onsite and offers a dynamic environment with exciting projects and career growth opportunities.
About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer (Department Head) you will play a vital leadership role within the department. You'll oversee daytoday team operations mentor staff in technical expertise and guide career development. This position involves managing projects of various sizes from initial concept through construction completion. You'll collaborate with multiple inhouse disciplines to ensure successful project delivery while working closely with clients to maintain technical excellence and ensure project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor engineering staff ensuring both technical growth and career progression.

Lead projects by coordinating with clients maintaining quality standards and managing schedules to meet milestones.

Oversee design processes and ensure seamless collaboration with other disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering while supporting related engineering fields.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in an architectural/engineering environment.

Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.

Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering and familiarity with related disciplines.
