Summary Introduction:
As an Innovation Consultant you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations strengthen their innovation capabilities. You will design and implement customized innovation programs facilitate ideation and design thinking sessions and guide teams through the innovation process from concept to scaling. Your expertise in market trends customer insights and competitive landscapes will drive the identification of opportunities while your leadership in training and coaching teams will foster a culture of continuous innovation. By measuring and reporting on the impact of innovation efforts you will ensure that the organization realizes tangible value and fosters ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Innovation Capabilities: Conduct thorough assessments of an organizations existing innovation capabilities identifying areas of strength and pinpointing opportunities for improvement to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Designing Custom Innovation Programs: Develop and implement tailored innovation programs that align with organizational goals and address specific challenges driving the adoption of new ideas and breakthrough solutions.
- Facilitating Ideation and Creative Workshops: Lead dynamic ideation workshops and design thinking sessions to inspire creativity and generate impactful concepts for new products services and business models that meet evolving market demands.
- Guiding the Innovation Lifecycle: Provide expert guidance throughout the entire innovation processfrom initial idea generation prototyping and testing to the scaling of successful innovations ensuring smooth transitions from concept to market.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct indepth analysis of market trends customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify untapped opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Developing Business Cases: Craft compelling business cases and implementation strategies for highpotential innovation initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives financial targets and operational feasibility.
- Training and Coaching: Deliver training sessions and oneonone coaching to teams equipping them with essential innovation methodologies tools and best practices to foster a collaborative innovative mindset across the organization.
- Impact Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of innovation efforts providing detailed reports to stakeholders and using insights to drive continuous improvements and refine innovation strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Masters degree in IT or relevant field.
- 2 6 years of experience in Innovation management emerging technologies implementations management consulting.
- Strong ability in conducting business & technological research around products.
- Relevant experience includes but not limited to Strategy & Operations related consulting Corporate Strategy or Innovation related roles in a global organization.
- Strong ability in conducting business & technological research around products.
- Good knowledge of the knowhow of the platform and automation ecosystem.
- Very good presentation and visualization skills.
- PMP ITIL or TOGAF preferred.
