Job Description
As a Product Manager and Team Lead you are responsible for product lifecycle of products within your portfolio. From defining user requirements to providing demos to clients you are the togo person for your products and a reliable leader for your team. .
You are well versed in Agile way of working and stay on top of teams prioritization for short and longterm. Alignment of product roadmap with strategic business goals is always top of mind in everything you do.
During demos and client meetings whether online or inperson you know how to impress the users and show the product in a way that is relevant and exciting. You know how to adjust your communication style based on the stakeholders you are communicating with.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of Product Management experience
- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business Engineering or Computer Science
- CSRD/ESG expertise or willingness to learn the domain
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
