Job Description

We are seeking a RN Unit Manager for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Camden Maine. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
  • Shift: 8hr Day
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Rate: $2320 $2400

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific unit within a healthcare facility including supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
  • Develop implement and evaluate patient care plans ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and ensure that appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff including training mentoring and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
