The VP Sales & Revenue Management is a dualrole leadership position responsible for driving B2B
revenue growth and optimizing topline performance for Sofitel MGallery & Emblems. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer this role ensures full alignment between Sales and Revenue Management leveraging synergies to maximize business impact.
The VP will lead a crossfunctional approach ensuring pricing strategies sales actions and distribution tactics are integrated and complementary. He/She will work closely with Global Sales Marketing Ecommerce Business Intelligence and Hotel Performance teams as well as regional teams to create a datadriven culture that enhances both sales effectiveness and revenue optimization.
This position requires a strategic thinker and a handson leader capable of managing teams across regions.
MISSIONS
1. STRATEGY & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (S.L.A.
You will define Sofitel Mgallery Emblems sales strategy and ensure alignment between others functions (Revenue Management Ecommerce Marketing Operations Hotel Performance) :
- Collaborate closely with brand marketing to align sales and marketing efforts ensuring consistent B2B brand messaging
- You will build the SLA with the Global Sales Team and ensure its implementation to guarantee our fair share of visibility and business.
- You serve as a liaison between La Maison Accor Global Sales and Contact Centers educating them on the brand renovations and new openings.
2. SALES IN ACTION
- Coordinate and represent Sofitel MGallery & Emblems at professional events to strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Conduct biannual business reviews with our largest B2B partners and identify new business opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Define a B2B animation plan including visibility campaigns special offers and loyalty boosts.
- Build and share clear guidelines methods and recommended levers per segment activable at hotel level.
- Work together with the Sales Systems training teams to ensure Accor systems are maximized.
3. LEAD THE REVENUE STRATEGY & DRIVE TRANSFORMATION
- Define clear guidelines for hotels through the annual Hotel Budget Guidelines the Pricing Policy the Hotel Commercial Toolkit and adhoc projects/solicitations
- Drive Transformation :
- Increase the coverage rate of musthave systems : IDeaS Upsell Tools Rate Shopper STR Compsets
- Simplify pricing structure accelerate loading & reduce exceptions/mistakes. Faster gotomarket for promotions & lastminute needs
- Improve the Forecast Accuracy trough the implementation of RMS better and stronger processes and collaboration within hotel
- Transition from a FIT dependency to a balanced & distributed Leisure strategy
- Drive Performance:
- Lead hotel topline budget construction process targets & revision
- Optimize market performance (RGI MPI ARI) increase Compset coverage
- Ensure ADR Ambition is strong enough and delivered
- Together with the Ecommerce team define the commercial animation plan with a special focus on global or regional promotions
4. MANAGE THE TEAM OF REVENUE DIRECTORS
- Regional Directors of RM are Senior Experts based in their regions managing a scope of 30 to 50 hotels
- Support them in their daily role with hotels/owners or other relations/projects
- Challenge them on achieving their business goals
- Help them individually grow on their development plans
- Ensure their focus on key/strategic hotel and maintain a healthy workload
- Supervise the Pricing & Distribution Director ensuring the implementation of our strategy and a fair balance between offer management (short term tactical) but also the longterm structural change and improvements
- Build the team spirit ensure they understand the global strategy and priorities share amongst themselves projects/presentations/best practices.
5. PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Together with the BI team support forecasting & annual budgeting efforts. Drive a culture of accuracy and growth.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team highlighting business performance opportunities challenges and recommended actions.
- Monitor performance and promote Sales contribution by segment at global regional and hotel level.

Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- 15 years experience in Sales and / or Revenue Management in the Air / Train / Hotel / Car
Rental industries - Fluent English and French
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Commercial or related.
- Skills:
o Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
