Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Data & Accounting Analyst with a strong background in data analysis accounting

and business intelligence to support our marketing and financial decisionmaking. The ideal candidate
is highly analytical detailoriented and proactive in identifying insights that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and marketing data to support business growth.
Extract and interpret key data from business intelligence databases.
Create detailed reports to track performance trends and opportunities.
Utilize business analytics tools to assess company performance.
Work with accounting data to ensure accuracy and financial alignment.
Communicate findings proactively to influence company strategy.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
Strong expertise in data analysis accounting and reporting.
Experience with Restaurant Management Systems (e.g. Restaurant365.
Proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
Knowledge of Sage QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Ability to generate clear datadriven reports and strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Tools: Microsoft office suite Restaurant 365 (Accounting System) AI tools Sage
Preferred Schedule: 40 hours per week/ TBD
This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional who enjoys working with numbers extracting
valuable insights and shaping business decisions.

About You You will thrive in this role if you have: Strong understanding of the US financial industry, especially related to consumer finance Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications and how they impact financing decisions Familiarity with basic standard and practices of financing in the U.S. One to two-plus years of experience working in small business funding. Strong multitasking abilities in a high-energy/fast-paced environment. Effective and prioritization skills. Drive for delivering results Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salesforce experience is heavily preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to handle queries professionally and maintain a customer centric approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
