Senior Systems Administrator Microsoft & Cloud Technologies NV1 clearance Canberra
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity & Access Management: Administer Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS v4 and Azure Entra ID managing Single SignOn (SSO) configurations across partner agencies and handling TLS/SSL certificate renewals.
- CRM Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (v9.1 and Dynamics 365 ensuring optimal performance and integration.
- Azure Administration: Oversee Azure DevOps releases and integration connector services ensuring seamless deployment and system integration.
- CloudBased Communication Services: Administer and integrate email SMS and social media communication platforms for effective enterprise communication.
- Level 3 Support & Incident Resolution: Lead and manage Level 3 support for assigned technologies while providing backup support across systems.
- Project Engagement & Solution Design: Participate in project design reviews and support the implementation and transition of new solutions into service.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong background in Microsoft Active Directory Azure Entra ID and Dynamics CRM administration.
- Handson experience with Azure DevOps and cloudbased integration services.
- Expertise in managing enterprisewide SSO configurations and security certificates.
- Experience integrating and managing cloudbased communication platforms.
- Proven ability to provide Level 3 support resolve incidents and manage deployments.
Location: Canberra Hybrid working Model
Clearance: Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance and ability to obtain NV2 clearance
