Job Title: Business Analyst Trade Surveillance
Experience: 7 Years
Location: Bengaluru KA & Chennai
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Trade Surveillance to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a Change Product Owner leading discussions and implementing surveillance controls onto the Trade Surveillance platform. This role requires strong analytical skills stakeholder management and expertise in trade surveillance compliance within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Change Agent driving discussions and leading the integration of surveillance controls into the Trade Surveillance Platform.
- Collaborate with Technology & Operations (TTO) teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring effective solution design.
- Define and document business needs functional specifications and workflows to enhance the surveillance platform.
- Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process ensuring test cases align with business requirements and provide comprehensive test support.
- Work closely with Compliance Risk Technology and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in trade surveillance processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on trade surveillance market abuse regulations and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Trade Surveillance or a related domain within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of trade surveillance tools market abuse regulations and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience working with technology teams to define implement and enhance surveillance solutions.
- Handson experience with UAT planning and including test case design issue tracking and resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and drive change management initiatives effectively.
