Troubleshoot & Support Clients Act as the first point of contact for technical issues resolving systemrelated queries.

Track & Document Issues Maintain accurate logs provide clear resolutions and create technical documentation.

Collaborate & Innovate Work closely with teams to resolve complex problems enhance system functionality and improve quality standards.

Ensure Quality & Compliance Follow best practices in software testing identify areas for improvement and implement quality assurance standards.
