Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan design debug and code software solutions for Java desktop application development.
Unittest code for robustness including edge cases usability and general reliability.
Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to define design and ship new features.
Troubleshoot softwarerelated issues and provide effective solutions.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Propose ideas to improve speed and scalability and find new ways to track user interactions with solutions.
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Handson experience with desktop application development.
Proficiency in JDK 8 and above with extensive handson experience in JavaFX.
Proficient in Java Android and Kotlin programming languages.
Strong understanding of core Java features (e.g. Strings Regex Java Collections Java AWT & Events multithreading)
Sound knowledge of OOP concepts Data Structures & Algorithms and Software Design Patterns.
Experience with eventbased programming and XML/JSON parsing.
Handson experience with IntelliJ IDEA as an IDE.
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and IT fluency.
