  • Parttime flexible 20 hours/week minimum) MonFri 7am12pm ET

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook tailored for both life coaching and acting careers
  • Create compelling content for social media posts newsletters and website updates that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and nurture relationships with followers to drive engagement and growth
  • Provide crucial administrative support for online courses ensuring smooth operations and positive student experiences
  • Conduct thorough research on acting opportunities and manage the submission process for suitable roles
  • Organize and streamline email communications and network contacts maintaining utmost confidentiality
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Draft and edit various documents from marketing materials to course content
  • Contribute creative ideas for business growth and personal brand development across both industries


Requirements


  • Proven expertise in social media management and content creation with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva with an eye for creating visually appealing content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills able to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
  • Selfstarter mentality with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with or quick ability to learn online course platforms and newsletter systems
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for taking on diverse tasks in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with the personal development industry and/or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Passion for personal growth and helping others achieve their potential
