Job Description
- Bilingual Japanese Proficiency level (N3N2& N1
- Govern / Coordinate user acceptance testing initiatives by communicating across multiple lines of business organizing meetings to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives.
- Test Plan creation and consult with relevant teams/parties when creating a test plan.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure testing environments are set up testing data is loaded and defect resolution is completed promptly before during the testing.
- Collaborate communicate and liaise with relevant teams
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently and effectively.
- Understand the needs and goals of a UAT tester and actively support to meet them.
- Monitor and track UAT progress against schedule baseline.
- Coordinate and drive UAT and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Act as a key contact for UAT related issues and problems and proactively communicate collaborate and liaise with relevant UAT team members and stakeholders with the objective to resolve said issues and problems.
- Coordinate UAT status meetings including scheduling agenda preparations meeting minutes lessons learned and other relevant meeting auxiliary documentation.
- Draft UAT progress reports for client management and relevant stakeholders in accordance with client specific reporting standards using client specific templates.
