Job Description
Service description: We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to provide a service that involves designing creating and managing surveys reports and dashboards preferably using Qualtrics. This service also includes project management services supporting the planning and of projects related to our INCAP (Insights Capturing) application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in survey methodologies data analysis and project management.
Key tasks:
- Design create and manage surveys reports and dashboards using Qualtrics.
- Support the planning and of projects related to the INCAP application.
- Analyze survey data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide a service that ensures seamless project .
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve survey methodologies and reporting processes.
- Support users with incident resolution related to surveys and data reporting
- Liaison with Development team to support platform enhancement and development of new requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of advanced survey techniques and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce technology and platform is recommended.
