Service Manager Plant Equipment
Location: North Wales & Surrounding Area
Salary: Up to 45k Basic (DOE) Bonus of Net Profit) great benefits listed below:

Our client is a marketleading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are seeking candidates with solid transferable skills from the following industries:
- Agricultural Machinery Heavy Plant Cranes or Powered Access
- HGV or Municipal Vehicles
- Forklift Trucks
- Generators
You will receive firstclass training to enable you to excel in your role as you look after a team of 6 Engineers in your region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hiring training and mentoring your team
- Budget control and driving efficiencies
- Organizing engineer training including Toolbox Talks
- Communicating effectively with Customers
- Handling escalations from Service Control
- Providing support to the Sales team
Key Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Seeking a management opportunity
- Experience as a Service Controller Team Leader Leading Hand or Workshop Controller
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with Engineers
- A cando attitude with a strong work ethic
- An excellent clientfocused approach to your work
