Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Regional Account Manager to join our Engineering & Construction team in Itasca United States. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the engineering and construction sector driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue in the assigned territory
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the engineering and construction industry
  • Conduct indepth needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering project management and operations to ensure successful project delivery
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote our services and expand our network
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the engineering and construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Experience with financial analysis and contract negotiation
  • Indepth knowledge of local and regional construction regulations and standards
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required up to 5060 of time
