Job Description
Salary Range: $110K $123K (depending on experience)
General Duties:
- Proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Load manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Participate in the deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
- Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.
Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations data integrity platform updates new configurations applications and integrations.
- Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance efficiencyy and effectiveness of the platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (including best practices guidelines processes and tooling)
- Proficient in using tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases sprints and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices.
- Ability to monitor troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and another offpremise cloud service such as Microsoft Azure and between other onpremise FDIC systems.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Citizen Developer Application Creator is recommended.
- Microcertification in Integration Hub is recommended.
- Welcome to ServiceNow MicroCertification is recommended.
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required
- Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
