Job Description

Overview
At Colliers Project Management Team we de liver capital project solutions to fulfill our clients needs across the built environment. The work we do makes a difference in communities and for the people who live there. We have a passion for it.

Your role

In this role you will primarily collaborate with a team of experts leading major capital building and infrastructure projects. Additionally you will work closely with and support the department head on business development. During project executions you will support the management of office fitout and new construction projects working alongside architects engineers and project managers to deliver highquality results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client and project meetings managing multiple stakeholders and communication streams.
  • Support the management of commercial space fitout and new construction projects.
  • Participate in site surveys to verify ongoing work scope and identify necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and assist in negotiating construction and installation contracts.
  • Oversee verify and coordinate ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts and scope management.
  • Prepare and maintain asbuilt documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage financial frameworks forecasts and cost tracking logs providing regular financial reporting.

 


Qualifications :

 

  • 15 years of project management experience representing owners in the delivery of building developments.
  • A university degree or diploma in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or Interior Design.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project) MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
