Job Description
Are you a sales professional with a track record in increasing sales within a SaaS technology organisation PaperCuts Inside Sales team works with our Sales Development team on our inbound and outbound sales cycle. Do you love converting marketingqualified leads into new customers and turning existing customers into repeat business If so we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Global Inside Sales Lead this is a fulltime hybrid role based in our Bracknell office 3 days per week.
Some of the things youll do...
- Work together with a Sales Development Representative to ensure the smooth transition of a qualified lead.
- Present our cloud product to a potential customer leading to a sale.
- Call an existing customer to upsell them to a newer/more appropriate product.
- Attend a product training meeting to ensure you stay on top of product updates.
- Hold a funnel meeting with one of our Authorised Partners.
- Work with a Partner Manager to guarantee a renewal is signed.
A little bit about you...
- You have experience working in a SaaS sales environment.
- You have experience working in a high volume call environment.
- Your customer relationship skills position you as a trusted PaperCut expert with Partners at all levels.
- Your desires to hit targets pairs nicely with your careful and well thought out style.
- You can position technology products and services to the target audience.
