Riportando al capo partita e allo Chef il Demi Chef de partie deve essere in grado di:
Lavora sotto lautorit del suo chef de partie e degli chef de cuisine
Lavorare in armonia con il resto della squadra
Mantenere la qualit dei piatti che deve preparare
Rispettare le ricette a lui affidate
Mantenere unigiene impeccabile nella propria postazione di lavoro
Avere una buona motivazione e passione per la cucina
Avere un atteggiamento ecoresponsabile e rispetto per prodotti e attrezzature
Reporting to the head of the game and the Chef The Demi Chef de partie must be able to:
Work under the authority of his chef de partie and the chefs de cuisine
Work in harmony with the rest of the team
Maintain the quality of the dishes he has to make
Respect the recipes entrusted to him
To maintain impeccable hygiene at their workstation
To have a good motivation and a passion for cooking
To have an Ecoresponsible attitude and respect for products and equipment
Qualifications :
Diploma/qualifica/corsi di specializzazione
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo in contesti con elevati standard di servizio
Conoscenza della cucina Italiana
Completano il profilo la passione e la seriet
Diploma / qualification / specialization courses
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
At least 2 years of experience in the role in contexts with high standards of service
Knowledge of Italian cuisine
Passion and seriousness complete the profile
