Right Fit: American citizen or possess legal permission to work in the US One to two years of applicable retail customer service or contact center job experience Excellent written and spoken communication skills using a friendly energetic and instructive voice. able of gracefully and professionally managing challenging events; skilled in tackling challenging issues painstaking orderly and capable of juggling several tasks effortlessly able to operate effectively and independently whilst working away. trained in customer service software and CRM systemsparticular tool experience is a benefit!
