As part of our team youll handle customer inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and chat in German.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (rotational shifts).
- Must be located in Bulgaria.
