Job Description
Position: Food Production Supervisor

Contract Details: Fulltime
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Production Supervisor to join our team at UPSKILL MNL INC in Taytay Rizal. As the Food Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food production facility in Concepcion Uno Marikina.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of food production workers ensuring they are following all safety and sanitation protocols
Create production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary ingredients and supplies
Train and develop new employees providing guidance and support to ensure high quality standards are met
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery processes
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized production facility ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations
Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies to management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other production management software
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
